Related Party Transactions: CEC Entertainment reimburses Apollo Management, L.P. for certain out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with travel and Board of Directors related expenses. Expense reimbursements by CEC Entertainment to Apollo Management, L.P. totaled $0.3 million and $0.8 million for the three and nine months ended October 2, 2016, respectively, and are included in “General and administrative expenses” in our Consolidated Statements of Earnings.
