Related Party Transactions: CEC Entertainment reimburses Apollo Management, L.P. for certain out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with travel and Board of Directors related expenses. Expense reimbursements by CEC Entertainment to Apollo totaled $0.5 million for the three months ended April 3, 2016 and are included in “General and administrative expenses” in our Consolidated Statements of Earnings.
