Transactions with related parties	10. Transactions with related parties As discussed in Note 9 - “Debt”, one of the lenders in our Second Lien Credit Agreement is an affiliate of Oaktree Holdings, our largest stockholder. The terms and conditions of the Second Lien Credit Agreement are identical for all lenders, including Oaktree Holdings.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
