Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 25, 2022, Soligenix, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the formation of a Medical Advisory Board (MAB) to provide medical/clinical strategic guidance to the Company as it advances the Phase 2a clinical development of SGX302 (synthetic hypericin) for the treatment of mild-to-moderate psoriasis. The Company previously announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration had cleared the investigational new drug application and Phase 2a clinical protocol. The Company further announced that Phase 2a study is anticipated to begin in December 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
