Cash Flow, Supplemental Disclosures [Text Block]	During the six months ended December 31, 2019, we established a Right of Use Asset in the amount of $73,719 and corresponding Lease Liability in the amount of $80,659. The cumulative adjustment of $6,938 at July 1, 2019 was made to accumulated deficit pursuant to ASC 842. During the quarter ended September 30, 2020, we increased a Right of Use Asset and corresponding lease liability in the amount of $34,798

The entire disclosure for supplemental cash flow activities, including cash, noncash, and part noncash transactions, for the period. Noncash is defined as information about all investing and financing activities of an enterprise during a period that affect recognized assets or liabilities but that do not result in cash receipts or cash payments in the period. "Part noncash" refers to that portion of the transaction not resulting in cash receipts or cash payments in the period.
