MAJOR CUSTOMER	NOTE M - MAJOR CUSTOMER During the year ended June 30, 2016, sales from two customers accounted for approximately 21% of Amerx’s sales. The loss of these customers would have a material adverse effect on our financial condition or the results of our operations. During the year ended June 30, 2015, two customers accounted for 26% of Amerx’s sales.

Disclosure of accounting policy for major customers. Major customers are those that the loss of such customers would have a material adverse effect on the entity.
