BHP BILLITON RESULTS UNDER IFRS

BHP Billiton advises that financial results for the half year ended 31 December 2004, and balance sheets as at 30 June 2004 and 31 December 2004, restated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) will be issued on Thursday 19 May 2005.
