⁽¹⁾ Interest expense during the six-month period ended June 30, 2020 included a $94,782 write-off of debt issuance costs associated with debt that we repaid during the first quarter of 2020. Interest expense included amortization of debt issuance costs of $1,960 and $1,565 during the three-month periods ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, and $3,920 and $4,731 during the six-month periods ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
