Item 8.01. Other Events.          

On July 13, 2021, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.72 per share. The dividend will be payable on August 13, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 23, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif. – July 13, 2021 – Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.72 per share. The dividend will be payable on August 13, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 23, 2021.
