Item 8.01 – Other Events

On March 15, 2024, First Bancorp (the "Company") issued a news release to announce a cash dividend.

The Company reported that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share on its common stock payable on April 25, 2024 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2024.
