On February 23, 2010, David Anthony notified us of his decision to resign from our board of directors, effective February 23, 2010.  Mr. Anthony’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.  We understand that Mr. Anthony is resigning from our board of directors to devote more time to other companies from whose boards David Gelbaum, our Chief Executive Officer, is resigning.  Mr. Gelbaum has stated he is resigning from these other boards so he may devote more time to his position as CEO of Entech Solar, Inc. which he assumed on February 8, 2010
