Item 7.01 — Regulation FD Disclosure
     (a) Effective September 13, 2007, Philip Coelho resigned from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors. There were no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Coelho on any matters involving accounting policies or practices. Mr. Coelho still remains a member of the board of directors.
     (b) Effective September 13, 2007, Dr. Hubert Huckel was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
ThermoGenesis Corp’s Nominating Committee continues to search for additional independent directors.
