Basis of Accounting [Text Block]	1. BASIS OF INTERIM PRESENTATION The consolidated financial information included herein, with the exception of the consolidated balance sheet dated December 31, 2012, is unaudited. Such information reflects all adjustments (consisting solely of normal recurring adjustments) that are, in the opinion of management, necessary for a fair presentation of the financial position, results of operations, comprehensive income, cash flows and changes in stockholders’ equity for the interim periods; however, the information does not include all disclosures required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“U.S. GAAP”) for a complete set of financial statements. Certain 2012 information has been reclassified for consistency with the 2013 presentation. Operating results reported for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2013 might not be indicative of the results for the year ending December 31, 2013. The Corporation evaluates subsequent events through the date of filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
