COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 13 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES As of January 27, 2013, the Company had commitments outstanding for capital expenditures of approximately $100 million. See Note 15. The Company is subject to various claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. The Company believes such claims, individually or in the aggregate, will not have a material effect on its condensed consolidated financial statements.
