COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 14 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES As of July 29, 2012, the Company had commitments outstanding for capital expenditures of approximately $86 million. The Company is subject to various claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. The Company believes such claims, individually or in the aggregate, will not have a material effect on its condensed consolidated financial statements.
