The Company considers all liquid instruments purchased with a maturity of three months or less to be cash equivalents.  Money market funds of $0.6 million and $0.4 million were included in cash and cash equivalents at October 27, 2018 and July 31, 2018, respectively.  Restricted cash included in other assets represents collateral for pending litigation matters in Brazil that are not expected to be resolved within one year from the balance sheet date.
