FIFTEENTH AMENDMENT TO

DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

This Fifteenth Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 1^st day of March 2018 by and between American Beacon Funds and American Beacon Select Funds, each a Massachusetts business trust that acts as an open-end investment company (the “Client”), and Resolute Investment Distributors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Resolute”) is entered into as of October 11, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).

The attached amended and restated Schedule 1 to add the American Beacon Shapiro Equity Opportunities Fund’s A Class and C Class shares, and the American Beacon Shapiro SMID Cap Equity Fund’s A Class, C Class, and R6 Class shares is hereby incorporated into the Agreement, as amended, on behalf of each Fund of a Trust listed on Schedule 1 hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), and supersedes any prior Schedule 1 to the Agreement.
