     I, W. Humphrey Bogart, Trustee of American Beacon Master Trust, the American Beacon Funds, the American Beacon Mileage Funds, and the American Beacon Select Funds (collectively, the “Trusts”), hereby constitute and appoint Douglas G. Herring and Rosemary K.
