Other Income	Other Income, net In 2023, the Company recorded other income, net of $6.1 million, which primarily consisted of a $4.3 million gain from a settlement with BKC under the territorial rights provision of our franchise agreement, net gains from insurance recoveries of $1.7 million and a loss on disposal of assets of $1.4 million. In 2022, the Company recorded other income, net of $0.9 million, which consisted of a $2.5 million gain from a settlement with a vendor, a loss on disposal of assets of $1.2 million and a loss on sale-leaseback transactions of $0.4 million. In 2021, the Company recorded other income, net of $1.2 million which consisted of a $1.1 million gain from the sale of rights associated with a class action lawsuit, insurance recoveries of $1.3 million from property damage at two of the Company's restaurants and a loss on disposal of assets of $1.2 million.
