Stock-Based Compensation Costs, Policy [Policy Text Block]	The fair value of time-vested shares is based on the closing price on the date of grant. In accordance with a transition agreement entered into in connection with the retirement of our former CEO, his remaining 165,000 unvested time-vested restricted shares vested on April 1, 2022.

Disclosure of accounting policy for salaries, bonuses, incentive awards, postretirement and postemployment benefits granted to employees, including equity-based arrangements; discloses methodologies for measurement, and the bases for recognizing related assets and liabilities and recognizing and reporting compensation expense.
