(1) The Company recorded impairment and other lease charges of $0.7 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, $0.6 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2013, $2.2 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2013, $1.1 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2013 and $0.6 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013 (See Note 6).

(2) The Company recorded a loss on extinguishment of debt of $1.5 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2012.
