ITEM 7.01     REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On February 12, 2020, Jack in the Box Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will report first quarter fiscal 2020 financial results after market close on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, and that the company will host a conference call to review the results on Thursday, February 20, 2020, beginning at 8:30 a.m. PT.
