Other income (expense) is comprised of the following:

Gains and losses included within Foreign currency gain (loss), net, for the three and nine months ended November 30, 2024 and 2023 were primarily driven by fluctuations in the Japanese Yen, which impacted the re-measurement of the Company's Onkyo subsidiary intercompany loans and interest payable, which are not of a long-term investment nature. The total net foreign currency losses attributable to these re-measurements for the three and nine months ended November 30, 2024 was $1,039 and $260, respectively, as compared to $174 and $1,521 for the three and nine months ended November 30, 2023, respectively.
