Other (expense) income is comprised of the following:

Foreign currency losses for the three months ended May 31, 2022 were primarily driven by declines in the Japanese Yen, which impacted the re-measurement of the Company's Onkyo subsidiary intercompany loans and interest payable which are not of a long-term investment nature. The total foreign currency loss attributable to these re-measurements for the three months ended May 31, 2022 was $2,664.
