Accounts Receivable	ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Accounts receivable and other receivable are reported at net realizable value. We have established an allowance for doubtful accounts based upon factors pertaining to the credit risk of specific customers, historical trends, and other information. Delinquent accounts are written off when it is determined that the amounts are uncollectible after exhaustive efforts on collection. On April 30, 2015 and 2014, the allowance for doubtful accounts was $1,207,075 and $1,143,550, respectively. During the year ended April 30, 2015, the Company has recovered approximately of $63,000 of old accounts receivable, which had been reserved for in prior years.
