Note 17 - Subsequent Events	NOTE 17 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events from May 1, 2014 through the date whereupon the consolidated financial statements were issued and has determined that there are no items to disclose.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
