Accounts Receivable	*ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE* Accounts receivable and other receivable are reported at net realizable value. We have established an allowance for doubtful accounts based upon factors pertaining to the credit risk of specific customers, historical trends, and other information. Delinquent accounts are written off when it is determined that the amounts are uncollectible. At January 31, 2014 and April 30, 2013, the allowance for doubtful accounts was $1,134,102 and $1,000,291, respectively.

If the enterprise holds a large number of similar loans, disclosure may include the accounting policy for the anticipation of prepayments and significant assumptions underlying prepayment estimates for amortization of premiums, discounts, and nonrefundable fees and costs.
