NOTE 13 - STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY

Common stock

At January 31, 2014, we are authorized to issue 200,000,000 shares of common stock. We had 173,882,803 and 173,882,803  shares outstanding at January 31, 2014 and April 30, 2013, respectively.
