LONG-TERM DEBT	NOTE 9: LONG-TERM DEBT In fiscal year 2021, the Company obtained a loan under the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) for $1,001,640. In April 2022, the Company received notice from the SBA that the loan was forgiven in full and recorded a gain on forgiveness of $1,005,372, which is recorded on the consolidated statements of income.
