(b) On May 1, 2016, Jonathan Rubinstein, a member of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Qualcomm Incorporated (the Company), informed the Company that he was resigning from the Board effective May 2, 2016 in order to focus on his new role as co-CEO of Bridgewater Associates, LP.
