Related Parties	RELATED PARTIES The Company purchases and sells goods and services in the ordinary course of business with certain corporations in which some of its directors are officers or directors. The Company also leases certain operating facilities from employees who were previous owners of businesses acquired. Payments made to related parties for fiscal 2013, 2012 and 2011 were $3.9 million, $3.6 million and $4.2 million, respectively. Amounts paid to related parties represented values considered fair and reasonable and reflective of arm's length transactions.
