SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 8, 2017, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock in the amount of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on September 13, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 23, 2017.
