Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions In the ordinary course of business, the Bank granted loans to principal officers, directors and their affiliates. The outstanding balances of loans, including undrawn commitments to lend, to such related parties at December 31, 2018 and 2017 were $9.3 million and $8.1 million, respectively. Related party deposits amounted to $6.7 million and $4.8 million at December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
