Description of Lessee Leasing Arrangements, Capital Leases	In August 2013, the Company executed a lease for 8,713 square feet for its corporate offices located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

A general description of the lessee's leasing arrangements including, but not limited to, the following: a) the basis on which contingent rental payments are determined; (b) the existence and terms of renewal or purchase options and escalation clauses; (c) restrictions imposed by lease agreements, such as those concerning dividends, additional debt, and further leasing.
