Note 10 - Subsequent Events	NOTE 10 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In August 2013, the company executed a lease for 8,713 square feet for its corporate offices located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The lease will commence on August 9, 2013 and has a five-year term ending on September 8, 2018. The monthly rental payments for the first year are $10,165 per month and will increase on anniversary at a rate of 3% per annum.
