PATENTS On July 14, 2003 the Company filed a US Patent application, which was issued June 30, 2009, for an apparatus, method, and system for providing enhanced digital services using an analog broadcast license. The Company is amortizing the patent over the estimated useful life of 20 years using the straight line method. The Company recorded amortization expense of $189 and $189 during the periods ended September 30, 2011 and September 30, 2010, respectively.
