Acquisitions	Acquisitions Acquisition of Montabert S.A.S. On June 1, 2015, we completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity of Montabert S.A.S. ("Montabert") for approximately $121.5 million dollars, gross of cash acquired of $7.1 million dollars. Montabert specializes in the design, production and distribution of high quality hydraulic rock breakers, pneumatic equipment, drilling attachments, drifters and related parts and tools. This acquisition expands the Company's product and service capabilities for hard rock mining, tunneling and rock excavation, further diversifying our commodity and end market exposures. Montabert's results of operations have been included as part of the Underground segment from the date of the acquisition forward. In connection with the acquisition, we recorded goodwill of approximately $55.5 million and intangible assets of approximately $35.1 million. The intangible assets are primarily comprised of customer relationships, trade names and patents, which are being amortized over their respective estimated useful lives. Other assets acquired consist of working capital related items and property, plant, and equipment, with values that are not individually significant.
