Subsequent Event	T. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluates events that occur through the filing date and discloses any material events or transactions. On February 21, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors announced a regular dividend of $1.00 per share, plus an extra dividend of $5.00. The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2020 to the shareholders of record as of March 2, 2020.
