Other Assets Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE G – OTHER ASSETS Other Assets includes prepayments and deposits that are made from time to time by the Company for certain materials used in the manufacturing process in the Housewares/Small Appliances segment. The Company expects to utilize the prepayments and related materials during the current year. As of September 29, 2024 and December 31, 2023, $3,411,000 and $5,018,000 of such prepayments, respectively, remained unused and outstanding and were included in Other Current Assets, representing the Company’s best estimate of the expected utilization of the prepayments and related materials during the twelve-month period following those dates.
