Treasury Stock	D. TREASURY STOCK: As of December 31, 2014, the Company has authority from the Board of Directors to reacquire an additional 504,600 shares. No shares were reacquired in 2014, 2013, or 2012. Treasury shares have been used for stock based compensation and to fund a portion of the Company's 401(k) contributions.
