On August 9, 2010, The Warnaco Group, Inc. (“Warnaco”) announced that Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (“S&P”) had raised Warnaco’s corporate credit rating to BBB-, investment grade. S&P’s ratings outlook for Warnaco is stable. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
