Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events We have considered all events that have occurred subsequent to March 31, 2013 and through June 13, 2013 and, except as set forth below, determined that no additional disclosure is required. On April 3, 2013, our loan from the State of Oregon was forgiven. Please refer to Note 9 of the Notes to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.
