Income Taxes At December 31, 2016, we had federal and state net operating loss carryforwards as of $339.0 million and $224.0 million, respectively, available to offset against future taxable income, which expire in 2017 through 2036, of which $152.0 million and $145 .0 million, respectively, are not subject to limitation under Section 382 of the Internal Revenue Code.
