Prepaid and Other Assets	4. Prepaid and Other Assets At December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company had $1.2 million and $1.0 million, respectively, of other current assets, which consist primarily of deposits on contracts for research and development, prepaid insurance and leases for its facility.
