Kernohan and Cooper and Mr. Wilson are jointly and primarily responsible for managing the fund's portfolio. Ms. Kernohan is the Head of Global Opportunities and a portfolio manager of global, international and UK equity strategies at NIM, where she has been employed since November 2020. Prior to joining NIM, Ms. Kernohan was a member of the UK equities team, from April 2018 until October 2020, at Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI), where she was employed since April 2018. Ms. Cooper is a member of the Global Opportunities team and a portfolio manager of global, international and UK equity strategies at NIM, where she has been employed since February 2022. Prior to joining NIM, Ms. Cooper was a member of the UK equities team, from 2016 until January 2022, at ASI, where she was employed since 2014. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Global Opportunities team and manages a selection of global and regional equity mandates, including Global Equity and International Equity strategies at NIM, where he has been employed since September 2023. Prior to joining NIM, Mr. Wilson was a part of the specialist equity team at Insight Investment (Insight), where he was employed since 2018. Prior to Insight, Mr. Wilson worked at BMO Asset Management (formerly F&C).
