Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events On April 10, 2013, the Company redeemed 2,000 of its outstanding Series A Preferred Shares for $50.4 million in cash, which will reduce the restricted payments basket with respect to our 2018 Senior Notes by that amount.
