Income Taxes	INCOME TAXES Provision for Income Taxes The Company recorded an income tax benefit for the Second Quarter 2019 and Year-to-Date 2019 of 51.3% and 45.0%, respectively. This compares to 7.5% and 43.3% for Second Quarter 2018 and Year-to-Date 2018 respectively. The difference between current year and prior year is the result of the Company’s election to treat certain foreign entities as a U.S. branch.
