Income Taxes	INCOME TAXES Provision for Income Taxes The Company recorded a tax benefit at an overall effective tax rate of 41.7% and 68.1% for First Quarter 2019 and First Quarter 2018, respectively. The tax rate for First Quarter 2019 is the result of the Company’s election to treat certain foreign entities as a U.S. branch. The tax rate for First Quarter 2018 reflects the reversal of UTBs due to favorable state tax audit settlements for periods prior to the Separation.
