Property, Plant and Equipment, Policy [Policy Text Block]	PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT As part of a multi-year plan to implement a global enterprise resource planning ("ERP") system, $11.4 million and $30.7 million of ERP assets were placed in service for Second Quarter 2017 and Year to Date 2017, respectively, in connection with the financial suite assets. The Company began depreciating the assets over useful lives of 3 to 10 years.
