Property, Plant and Equipment, Policy [Policy Text Block]	PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT During First Quarter 2017, the Company implemented the first phase of a multi-year plan to implement a global enterprise resource planning ("ERP") system. In connection to the financial suite assets $19.3 million was placed in service during First Quarter 2017, the Company began depreciating the assets over useful lives of 3 to 10 years.
